Senator Chapman moved to amend the amendment on page 3, section 3, after line 14, by adding a new subsection, designated (d), to read as follows:

(d) Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, no person or entity may require a parent or guardian to furnish medical records relating to immunization status of a minor or person enrolled or enrolling in school.
